    For the the last I would have been interested to see what the objects were that needed labels. If they were all very American objects then it’s not a surprise that the children were more likely to make English insertions in Marathi. If the objects were Marathi objects then the reverse might be true.

    It would be interesting to do this project again in India perhaps with the children of returned graduates of American universities.

    I skimmed a bit but I was surprised that nothing was said about the gender imbalance between the two age groups.
