Stan v1.0.0 was released on August 30, 2012. We’ve come a long way since.

You guys rock. Stan is one of my favorite pieces of software, the design is quite well thought out for its specific purpose, and it’s fast and efficient, and has ODEs and the parameterizations make sense, and the manual is very helpful, there are interfaces to R and other systems, and it’s Free Software with a capital F. Here’s to your whole crew!
